Our Story
For more than a decade, The Addis Clinic had been on a mission to deploy clinical expertise and digital health solutions in medically-underserved areas throughout the world. We are building a future where everyone, everywhere, has access to free or affordable high-quality healthcare.
We are committed to health equity and are guided by the expertise of our locally-employed health workers. We want to empower them in delivering high-quality health services to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all people at all ages.

We combine a digital health approach with mobile clinics, provider education, and community health initiatives to empower individuals and their communities. By investing in research and development to constantly improve our services, we are even more confident that together, we can create a future where accessible, sustainable, and affordable healthcare is a reality for all.

Telemedicine
We’ve trained and equipped more than 1,000 frontline health workers across various disciplines to use our telemedicine platform, where they have round the clock virtual access to a physician who will help diagnose and treat patients.

Girl's Health & Safety
We embed a registered clinical officer in vulnerable and remote populations in Kwale County, Kenya to provide primary healthcare services with a focus on Gender Based Violence and Prevention, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights.

Maternal & Child Health
We embed a team of clinical officers in Mogadishu and Beledweyne, Somalia, who use a variety of digital health tools to support local mothers and their children with health services, education, and mentorship.

HIV Messaging & Support
Our clinicians collaborate with government agencies to serve HIV-positive patients in multiple Kenyan counties. We offer medical services, digital health outreach, and psychosocial support.
