Egondu Rosemary Onyejekwe, BSc., MA., MA., MA., MS., PhD.,
Professor Onyejekwe is a professor of health informatics who holds six degrees in a variety of fields, starting with a BSc (Hons) in Zoology (Parasitology), University of Nigeria Nsukka. She earned a doctorate degree in Information Systems (Communications) and an MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio. She holds three additional Masters’ degrees from The Ohio State University, (Columbus, Ohio) in Zoology (MS), Health Education (MA) and Public Health Administration (MA). Prof. Onyejekwe is a part-time faculty at Walden University. She serves as the Overseas Liason Officer, for Gregory University, Uturu (GUU) Abia State, Nigeria. Prof. Onyejekwe is also an Associate Editor, Springer Publishing who commissioned her to serve as the Editor of a proposed manuscript on Portable Health Records. She served as a Visiting Professor of Health Informatics for two years at the University of Technology Services in Nigeria, and retired from The Ohio State University, Columbus Ohio. Her research interests focus on Big Data and Big Data Analytics in healthcare.
